1/4 cup red wine vinegar
1/2 cup avocado oil
3 TBSP honey (extra to taste if needed)
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp harissa paste
1/4 tsp smoked paprika
1/8 tsp sea salt
1/8 tsp black pepper
Combine all of the ingredients in a mason jar and shake well.
For a kiss of heat, try it with an extra tsp of Harissa (taste as you go)
